To coincide with Carmen Herrera's current exhibition Painting in Process, Lisson Gallery will host a special online discussion chaired by Nigel Prince, Director of Artes Mundi and including:

Rachel Mohl – Assistant Curator of Latin American and Latino Art, Carmen Herrera: Structuring Surfaces, The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (21 October – 18 January)

Daniel S. Palmer – Public Art Fund Curator, Carmen Herrera: Estructuras Monumentales, Buffalo Bayou Partnership, Houston (21 October – 18 January), in collaboration with Public Art Fund, NY

Alex Petalas – Founder, The Perimeter, London, Carmen Herrera: Colour Me In, (25 September – 8 January)

The group will examine Carmen Herrera's process through the lens of each panelist's exhibition of the artist's work this autumn.
