From the 6,700 destroyed firearms and decommissioned weapons he received from the Mexican Secretary of Defence, Pedro Reyes created various groups of instruments designed to be played live, from flutes to string and percussion instruments. Following a performance in 2013, Reyes again collaborated with producer and musician, John Coxon (Spring Heel Jack, Spiritualized, About Group, Treader) to compose a new composition to be played with these re-purposed weapons.
