On Tuesday 30 October, the final week of Dan Graham’s tenth exhibition with Lisson Gallery, ‘Rock ‘n’ Roll’, was celebrated with an evening of performances by Thurston Moore, Deb Googe, and post-punk band The Raincoats.

Having also hosted a performance by Rodney Graham at the show’s opening, on this occasion it provided a stage for sets by musicians and long-time friends of the artist. Following a collaborative improvisation by Thurston Moore and Debbie Googe, three members of The Raincoats performed a set of their own material – a selection spanning the past four decades and largely at Graham’s personal request – finishing the evening with a cover of The Kinks’ Lola.
