Haroon Mirza's '/\/\/\/\ /\/\/\/\' screening via FACT Magazine

Haroon Mirza has adapted his original four-channel installation work ‘/\/\/\/\ /\/\/\/\’ into a single-channel film for FACT Magazine, which is screening now via their website. Originally scheduled to be presented in a solo exhibition of Mirza’s work at Aberdeen Art Gallery, the work melds theoretical physics, sound design, theories of consciousness, video montage and questions of European identity, and is named after the symbol for the Aquarius constellation. Including spoken word performances by artist and producer Nik Void and The Charlatans’ Tim Burgess, artist Jack Jelfs has also contributed a special mix of the audio for presentation on FACT.
