On the occasion of Julian Opie's most recent show in October 2008, Lisson Gallery published a catalogue in the style of a Japanese Manga Comic. The catalogue includes full illustrations with accompanying text. This extensive show articulated Opie's interest in the traditional genres of landscape painting and portraiture, and his ongoing engagement with art history.
